It's important you understand how this refund policy works BEFORE purchasing a ticket:
This is a satisfaction based refund policy. This means you can receive a refund if you believe the information was not valuable, if you follow the rules laid out below:
1. You may only request a refund up to 72 hours AFTER the full event has been completed. Refund requests made after this will not be granted.
2. In order to receive a refund, you MUST show up LIVE to ALL of the classes. Watching recordings do not count. Your attendance will be recorded on the Zoom reports, and therefore, you need to show up with your full name. If your attendance is not recorded on all five Zoom live sessions with your full first and last name, you WILL NOT be granted a refund.
3. No refunds will be granted for any reason to anybody who has not shown up to all 5 sessions, LIVE, using the full first and last name on Zoom.
4. This refund policy is to protect against abuse. If you are in a bad financial position, and you are going to buy this offer as last chance "save me," DO NOT buy it. Under no circumstance should you purchase this offer if it will put you in a financial compromised position. Be financially responsible.
