How Long is Each Class?
Each class is 1.5 hours total. It's 1 hour of presentation, and then 30 minutes of Q&A. The VIP tickets receive an ADDITIONAL 1 hour of Q&A on a private zoom link AFTER the original 1.5 hour standard ticket presentation. Therefore, VIP's get 12.5 hours total instead of 7.5 hours.
Where is the Private Group for VIP's?
It's inside the Client Ascension Slack channel. When you buy a ticket, you will automatically be sent a Slack connect invite. You DO NOT need to have a paid Slack plan in order to access this. You will receive access to the private group immediately upon buying your ticket. Therefore, the sooner you buy a ticket, the sooner you will have access to the private group. The private group will terminate 5 days after the challenge ends.

How Do I Join the Classes When the Challenge Starts?
Right when you buy a ticket, you will automatically be registered to 5 separate Zoom webinars using the email address you complete the purchase with. You will immediately receive 5 separate emails from Zoom indicating that you registered for the webinars. These emails will contain your unique join link. This unique link is unique to YOU, and therefore, you must save it. You will also receive a reminder email 1 hour before the session starts that also has your unique join link.
What Happens if I Can't Make it Live?
Then you can watch the recordings instead. All of the recordings will be sent by the end of the day on the day they occur. Not being able to make it live does not constitute receiving a refund. If you anticipate that you won't be able to make it live, then simply watch the recordings. You will not receive a refund for this.

This is a satisfaction based refund policy. This means you can receive a refund if you believe the information was not valuable, if you follow the rules laid out below:
1. You may only request a refund up to 72 hours AFTER the full event has been completed. Refund requests made after this will not be granted.
2. In order to receive a refund, you MUST show up LIVE to ALL of the classes. Watching recordings do not count. Your attendance will be recorded on the Zoom reports, and therefore, you need to show up with your full name. If your attendance is not recorded on all five Zoom live sessions with your full first and last name, you WILL NOT be granted a refund.
3. No refunds will be granted for any reason to anybody who has not shown up to all 5 sessions, LIVE, using the full first and last name on Zoom.
